For being a small Christian-based school, LeTourneau is way more than meets the eye. It's one of the top Aviation Universities in the country! While the classes are smaller don't think the education is any less. LeTourneau students see a remarkable return on their investment. The Professors not only include you in their research but will also encourage you to publish and share publishing before you ever graduate which will help you stand out for grad school or Med School.. The faculty is very willing to help their students succeed not only in the classroom but helping them grow closer to Christ as well. Overall for a smaller private university it is a place that you can feel at home, not be overwhelmed and be as successful as you want to be.

I have been loving LeTourneau University! I was really hesitant when coming here because of how different it would be from home, but I was instantly welcomed by the peer advisors, RAs, RDs, and my SLA. The academics have been challenging as you would expect from a predominately STEM school, but there are so many resources that are available, and the professors have very broad office hours and are willing to help. The student life is fantastic and there are events every Friday so that students can become plugged in. However, one that I wish would change for the better is the residence and food situation. For the amount we have to pay, the food and housing situations are relatively poor. There are problems with mold, card readers breaking, and bats in the halls, and there are problems with uncooked and flavorless food. Overall, I really enjoy the Christian atmosphere LeTourneau offers and I would have never wished to attend somewhere else.

I was an undergrad and a masters hybrid student. All my academics and professors were great. The cost was a bit high but for the education, it was worth it! I graduated in 2009 and 2012.
